As professionals and business owners we often rely on our knowledge and experience to help us make the correct decisions but in some cases, the decisions we make can turn out to be the wrong ones. In such cases we all too often find ourselves reliant on luck or a bit of good fortune. Without going into too much detail we were engaged by a client to provide initial designs and negotiate with the planners for 7 dwellings in North Leeds. Having done the work, we were made to wait over 9 months for payment for no other reason than a difficult client.
